You might feel constantly on edge, mentally busy, or like you can’t fully relax — even when things are quiet.


A lot of the people I work with are used to holding things together.
Over time, that can build into stress, exhaustion, or a sense that something just isn’t quite right.

How I can help.
I use a combination of therapy, hypnotherapy, inner child healing, and mindfulness to help you gently unwind that.


We work at your pace, in a way that feels manageable — not overwhelming.


I also specialise in supporting neurodivergent clients, creating sessions that are clear, calm, and adapted to how you process and experience the world.


This work isn’t about pushing you.

It’s about helping you feel safe enough to slow down… and allowing things to begin to ease.
